Hey, I'm Harmony!
In 2018, I hit my breaking point.
After 20 years in retail leadership (starting as a store assistant at 14 and climbing to National Manager at 35), I was drowning in career burnout and chronic anxiety. So I did something you see in the movies...
I sold my bayside Melbourne home, built a caravan, and set off solo around Australia.
That journey changed everything.
Yoga found me and one mindful breath and step at a time I rebuilt my entire life and along with it a 6 figure business.
From Hustling nonstop to Grounded and calm
From People-pleasing and walking on eggshells to Boundaries and bold confidence
From Working dawn until dusk to Road life, Living the dream with time to travel, move daily, and protect my peace (like a proper yogi)
Since then, I’ve:
➜ Taught over 3,000 students as a yoga teacher
➜ Run 25+ sold-out events in Australia and overseas
➜ Mentored 100+ businesswomen
➜ Built a profitable, soul-aligned business that works around my Yoga and Pilates self-practice, sun tanning and paddle boarding conditions and slow mornings sipping coffee down at South Beach WA.
But my biggest achievement? Learning to build success and freedom by doing it my way, not society’s outdated hustle model.
