Hey, I'm Harmony!
In 2018 I quit my senior leadership career of 20 years after suffering career burnout and chronic anxiety. I sold my bayside Melbourne home, built a caravan and travelled solo around Australia.
After connecting with a consistent yoga practice it changed my life.
I went from corporate hustle and exhaustion to grounded and calm, feeling more confident than ever before.
I'm now a certified yogi and meditation teacher who has taught over 3000 students, run more than 20 sold-out events, and mentored over 100 businesswomen in the last 4 years, to ditch the hustle culture in favour of a more soul-fulfilling life.
I'm on a mission to help 1000 female entrepreneurs build profitable businesses working less than 5 hours a day so they can prioritise their health, and family and enjoy life's fullest adventure. ✈️🌴
