Yin & Yoga Nidra are the perfect combination for deep relaxation. Yin postures encourage nervous system deregulation followed by the deep meditative rest of yogic sleep, with Yoga Nidra - the ultimate 90mins of calm and contentment.

Following your Yin practice, Harmony will take you through an ancient yogic meditation technique known as “Yoga Nidra.” This practice allows you to bring awareness and relaxation to every single body part, resulting in the most divine Savasana state of rest, or yogic sleep!
