Day 1: Arrive & take a deep breath
- Check in to your luxury villa from 2pm, your sanctuary for the next 4 nights
- 4pm Welcome circle & intention setting for your personal up-level
- Ease into Bali time with a nourishing welcome feast whilst connecting with new friends
Day 2: The Release
- Begin with morning yoga and meditation to calm your busy mind and start making space for what you're calling in~ peace & abundance
- Hit refresh with soul fufilling smoothie bowls and freshly cooked breakfast

- Experience the spiritual heart of Bali with our special ladies' cultural journey
- Wash away what no longer serves you at the healing Tertia Emple Water Temple, the healing hub of Bali
- Truly Reset with relaxing spa treatments
- Enjoy a wholesome fresh lunch over soul chats
- Free afternoon to reset by the pool, enjoy the resort, shop the markets or simply BE in nature
- Group dinner followed by Harmony's signature soul-soothing evening practice (yin yoga, yoga nidra, cacao ceremony)
Day 4: The Realign
- Ground yourself with gentle morning yoga and meditation (beginner friendly)
- Clarity-creating workshops:
- Deep work sessions to get clear on bringing out the new version of you, set the wheels in motion for your "real life" return as the empowered an confident Goddess rising.
- Free afternoon for integration, poolside day dreaming and to prepare for our celebration evening where we farewell past you and welcome the real you.

Hey, I'm Harmony!
In 2018, I hit my breaking point. After 20 years in retail leadership (working my way up from store assistant at 14 to National Manager at 35), I was drowning in burnout and chronic anxiety. So I did something crazy – I sold my bayside Melbourne home, built a caravan, and set off solo around Australia.
That journey changed everything.
Through connecting with yoga and meditation, I transformed from:
👎🏼 Constant hustle and exhaustion to ✅ grounded and calm
👎🏼 People-pleasing perfectionist to ✅ confidently setting boundaries
👎🏼 Working endless hours to ✅ living a life I actually love, travelling often, focused on my fitness and health 😃

- Mentored 100+ businesswomen
- Built a profitable soul-aligned business that is expansive and works around my lifestyle
